Terms & Conditions

 By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms:


1. Appointment Cancellation & Rescheduling:

We require a minimum 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment without charge. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service price. This fee will be charged to the card held on file. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, or failure to attend your appointment ("No-Show"), will result in a fee of 100% of the scheduled service price, charged to the card held on file.


2. Payment:

Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm and secure your reservation. Bookings will not be held or or considered confirmed until payment has been received in full. We reserve the right to release any unpaid bookings without notice. Payment for treatments and any applicable cancellation fees is due as outlined above. Prices are subject to change.


3. Client Health Disclosure:

It is your responsibility to fully disclose any new or existing health conditions, concerns, medications, or allergies that may affect the safety or suitability of your treatment, both during the online booking process (via consultation forms) and verbally to your therapist before treatment commences. You must inform us of any changes in your health status since your last visit. Failure to disclose relevant information may impact treatment efficacy or safety and could result in treatment refusal.


4. Clinic Environment:

To preserve our tranquil atmosphere for all guests, we kindly request that you switch mobile phones to silent mode upon entering the clinic. For safety, insurance, and relaxation reasons, children cannot be accommodated within treatment rooms during services. Please make alternative childcare arrangements. Unsupervised children are not permitted in the reception or waiting areas.


5. Minors (Under 18):

Treatment of minors under 18 years old is strictly by prior arrangement only. You must contact the clinic before booking to discuss suitability and obtain therapist approval. An approved parent or legal guardian must be physically present within the treatment room for the entire duration of any treatment provided to a minor.


6. Patch Testing:

Certain treatments (e.g. specific peels) mandatorily require a patch test at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. This is a non-negotiable safety protocol. You will be informed at the time of booking if your chosen treatment requires a patch test. Treatment cannot proceed without a completed, negative patch test result within the valid timeframe.


7. Late Arrival:

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrival will result in a shortened treatment duration to avoid delaying subsequent clients. The full price of the originally booked service remains payable.


8. Treatment Satisfaction & Concerns:

Your satisfaction is important. If you have any concerns regarding your treatment results, you must notify the clinic management in writing (email preferred) within 24 hours of receiving the service. We will make reasonable efforts to address genuine concerns promptly. Please note that individual results can vary.


9. Liability:

Root & Remedy Wellness accepts no liability whatsoever for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings or vehicles, whether left within the clinic premises or in the associated car park. Clients are responsible for their possessions at all times.

While we strive for excellence, specific results from treatments cannot be guaranteed due to individual biological factors. We accept liability only for negligence directly attributable to the clinic or its staff.


10. Right to Refuse Service:

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate treatment at any time if a client's behavior is inappropriate, if there are undisclosed contraindications, or for any other reason that may compromise safety or clinic operations.


11. Policy Updates:

These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. The latest version will always be available on our website and/or upon request.


By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
